2. Product prices and payment
- All prices in the e-shop are in euros (EUR) and include VAT 21%.
- The Seller reserves the right to change product prices. Already confirmed orders are subject to the price in effect at the time of ordering.

- The order is processed after full payment is received.
3. Delivery

- To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller by sending a written notice to info@kulmen.lv.
- The consumer may inspect the product to the same extent as would be possible in a shop. The consumer is liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging is not an absolute condition for exercising the right of withdrawal.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the Buyer.
- The Seller refunds all payments received from the Buyer, including the standard delivery cost, within 14 days of receiving notice of withdrawal. The Seller may withhold the refund until the product has been received back or the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent it.

5. Warranty and claims
- A consumer may submit a claim concerning a product's non-conformity with the contract within two years of purchase. Any commercial guarantee is an additional undertaking and does not limit the consumer's statutory rights.
- The warranty covers manufacturing defects and non-conformity to description.
- The warranty does not cover damage caused by improper use, storage or mechanical impact.
- In case of claims, please contact us with the order number and description of the defect.
